Still On Hold
Here it is 12:57 local time, and I am STILL on hold with AT&T. I would not have believed this was possible if it weren't happening. Clearly, I'm not the only one. In 2007, a poll sponsored by MSN Money named AT&T as the fifth worst-rated company in customer service. By the 2008 poll, AT&T wasn't on the top ten list, which I find hard to believe. And by the way, the Muzak version of Abba's "The Dancing Queen" makes me want to hang myself with the phone cord.

Oh don't do that (hang self with phone cord)! ATT will continue to bill your estate. Think of the child! ;-) You'd think they'd use more appropriate music than Abba. More like the
9 Inch Nails song, "I want to f*** you like an animal". And not in a nice warm fuzzy sense. oooh that sounds too much like a Furry reference. Sorry.
